Overview
In 2024, Pillr was commissioned to create a suite of architectural renders for Atlas Melbourne, a landmark one-billion-dollar residential development located in the Melbourne CBD.
Designed by Cox Architecture and developed by SP Setia, the project represents a new standard of inner-city living and design excellence.
Pillr was engaged during the pre-development stage, tasked with delivering high-end visuals for the Horizon and Sky Crown residences, as well as key amenity spaces. The turnaround time was one month in preparation for the project’s official launch.
Atlas Melbourne required a comprehensive collection of visuals that could accurately communicate the tone and quality of the architecture while maintaining design consistency across multiple environments.
The scope included both interior and amenity renders that balanced realism with atmosphere, enabling marketing teams to position the project with clarity and confidence from day one.
Pillr worked collaboratively with SP Setia and Cox Architecture to translate detailed design documentation into immersive, campaign-ready imagery.
Our process focused on light direction, spatial realism, and material precision to achieve a look that felt both architectural and aspirational.
To further enhance the sense of place, our partner agency AX Creative provided day and night drone imagery that was seamlessly integrated into several amenity visuals, connecting the interior experience to Melbourne’s skyline and city rhythm.
Throughout the process, our team maintained close alignment with marketing deadlines and architectural revisions, ensuring all renders were delivered to specification and on schedule.
The final set of visuals formed the backbone of the project’s launch marketing materials, appearing across display suites, brochures, and digital campaigns.
Each render conveyed the project’s design integrity while highlighting the premium finishes, spatial flow, and elevated living experience that define Atlas Melbourne.
For Pillr, the project represented a key milestone — a demonstration of the studio’s ability to produce refined, high-quality architectural imagery at scale, within strict timelines, and in collaboration with leading architectural and development teams.
